Summary

Manage your profile, password, notification preferences, and privacy settings from the Account page in the Bubba app.

1. Your Profile

From the Account page you can update:

  • Name — how it appears on bookings and communications.
  • Email address — used for login and notifications.
  • Profile photo — visible to service providers when you book.
  • Phone number — for appointment reminders (optional).

2. Password & Security

Keep your account secure:

  • Change your password at any time from the Account page.
  • Passkeys — set up passwordless login for faster, more secure access.
  • Connected accounts — manage Google or Apple sign-in links.

3. Notification Preferences

Control what notifications you receive:

  • Push notifications — booking confirmations, reminders, and updates.
  • Email notifications — summaries and important account information.
  • Customise which types of notifications you want to receive.

4. Privacy Settings

Manage how your data is used:

  • View and manage your consent preferences.
  • Request a data export of your personal information.
  • Review the data we hold about you in line with GDPR requirements.

5. Language & Region

Bubba is available in multiple languages:

  • Change your display language from the app settings or website footer.
  • The app automatically detects your preferred language, but you can override it at any time.

6. Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account:

  1. Go to the Account page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including pet profiles, booking history, and favourites. This action cannot be undone.
