Booking Guide
Summary
Find pet care services near you, compare providers, pick a time slot, and confirm your booking in a few taps. You can reschedule or cancel from your Orders page.
1. Finding Services
Use the Services tab in the app to browse available pet care services:
- Filter by service type (veterinary, grooming, training, etc.).
- Filter by location to find providers near you.
- Sort results by distance, rating, or price.
2. Choosing a Provider
Each provider profile includes:
- Service descriptions and pricing.
- Customer reviews and ratings.
- Available time slots for the coming days and weeks.
- Location shown on an interactive map.
- Team members and their specialisations.

View and manage all your bookings from the Orders page:
- See upcoming and past appointments.
- View booking details including time, location, and provider info.
- Access the provider's contact information.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Need to change your plans?
- Reschedule: Open the booking and tap "Reschedule" to select a new time.
- Cancel: Open the booking and tap "Cancel". Cancellation policies vary by provider — check the provider's terms before cancelling.
- Refunds: If eligible, refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.
