Summary

You have the right to withdraw from any service booking within 14 days of confirmation without giving a reason. You can use this form, send an email, or cancel directly in the app. Refunds are processed within 14 days using your original payment method.


In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), Annex I(B), and the Lithuanian implementing legislation, we provide this model withdrawal form.

Submission methods

Important Information

  • Withdrawal period: You have 14 days from the date of booking confirmation to withdraw without giving any reason (Art. 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive).
  • Services already begun: If you expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expired (and acknowledged this during booking), you may owe a proportional amount for services already performed up to the point of withdrawal (Art. 14(3)).
  • Services fully performed: If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 16(a)).
  • Refund timeline: We will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
