Summary

You have the right to withdraw from any service booking within 14 days of confirmation without giving a reason. You can use this form, send an email, or cancel directly in the app. Refunds are processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive), Annex I(B), and the Lithuanian implementing legislation, we provide this model withdrawal form.

You are not obligated to use this form. Any clear, unambiguous statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract is sufficient. You may also notify us via the in-app cancellation flow or by email.

Important Information

You have 14 days from the date of booking confirmation to withdraw without giving any reason (Art. 9 of the Consumer Rights Directive). If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent, the right of withdrawal is lost.

Services already begun: If you expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expired (and acknowledged this during booking), you may owe a proportional amount for services already performed up to the point of withdrawal (Art. 14(3)).
Services fully performed: If the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, the right of withdrawal is lost (Art. 16(a)).
Refund timeline: We will refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
