- Download the Console app — the dedicated business management app.
3. The Console App
The Bubba Console is a separate app designed for business operations:
- Dashboard — overview of today's appointments, pending requests, and key metrics.
- Calendar — view and manage your booking schedule.
- Client records — access client and pet information.
- Staff management — manage team schedules and permissions.
- Settings — configure your business profile, services, and notification preferences.
4. Managing Your Services
From the Console, you can:
- Create and edit services — set descriptions, duration, pricing, and capacity.
- Manage availability — define working hours, break times, and holidays.
- Set booking rules — minimum notice periods, cancellation policies, and buffer times between appointments.
5. Receiving Payments
Bubba handles payment processing for you:
- Payments are collected through Adyen when clients book online.
- Payouts are transferred to your bank account on a regular schedule.
- View your earnings and transaction history from the Console dashboard.
- Clients can also choose to pay at venue where you've enabled this option.
